'tis the season to parka (part 2)

for the 2nd part of 'tis the season to PARKA, i decided to do a lot of layering since it's really getting cold here now! just last monday to wednesday, it was snowing! the weather now is getting colder and colder by an inch! tights, socks, scarves and gloves are seriously on the top of my shopping list now. i think i need to buy my NEEDS rather than my WANTS now. wants can wait until spring and summer...or not ;)

and since i'm just dying to make an outfit post (due to boredom but mostly because i love my readers so much!), i settled for indoor shots, good ol' self-timer and my trusty digi cam. hope you guys like it!

FINALLY...print on print!

HAPPY BDAY MAMA MARY AND HAPPY ROSH HASHANAH!

i've been wanting to try the print on print trend for the longest time but i can't seem to create the perfect match...until today :) it's almost fall, the weather's always 8-13 degrees in the afternoon and i knew i just have to wear the cullots i bought at value village's 50% off extravaganza soon. the weather's pretty gloomy today. it's been raining since dawn but come dinner time, the sun showed up and i was able to pull off this look :)

i'm also wearing my new shoe purchase from suzy :) i was finally able to go to chinook mall (i bought some flip flops from old navy $6 for two pairs and three leggings from suzy for $20) and i think i like it more than cross iron mills...although they don't have H&M and F21...BOO-HOO!!! but i was reunited with my love, ZARA!!!!!! i have to wait for sale season though...or my bday shopping spree that's coming SOON!!!

south is treating me quite well. i was sad to leave the north at first but i'm slowly getting the hang of it...and since i live with vegans, i am always looking forward to pig-out weekends at home ;) ;) ;)

rosh hashanah is the new year for jews and i live with jews so expect more jewish stuff from this blog. LOL!

HAPPY MID-WEEK LOVELIES!

yesterday was one heck of a day. i received some bad news in the morning and i thought it won't get better any time soon but God is really good and He never failed me once in my life...so here He is again making sure that He won't disappoint me. I'm crossing my fingers that everything will be okay tomorrow and the next few days. i know that God has other plans for me and if I just completely put my trust in Him, everything will fall into place :)

moving on...i've always wanted to try the military trend cos i've read in people that it's going to be a big trend for fall. i got these combat boots at value village when i went on their 50% off sale last monday and i completely fell in love with it! its too perfect for jeans!!!!
